2002-2005: General coordinating international relations, French Army Staff,

1999-2002: Deputy, then chief of the Artillery Group at the Army Technical Office, in charge of testing new equipment.

1995-1998: Deputy, then chief of the service in charge of external relations at the Rapid Reaction Force, including 7 months at the HQ of the NATO Stabilization Force (Sarajevo), chief J3 coordination, liaising with UNHR, UNHCR, ICTY, IPTF,  etc.

1993-1995: Liaison officer, Inspectorate General for Doctrine and Training, UPAVON (UK).

1990-1993: Deputy, then Commanding Officer, 57th Ground Based Air Defence Regiment, (ROLAND MISTRAL).

1987-1990: Officer in charge of testing VSHORAD MISTRAL missile, Army Technical office.
